VioletOps
An internal queue where the AI sorts the incoming work and drafts a reply, then waits for a person to approve it. The team checks instead of triages.
Support and operations teams lose a surprising share of the day to sorting. Read the request, decide whose problem it is, write more or less the same reply you wrote three times last week.
VioletOps takes that first pass. It reads what came in, routes it, drafts a response, and then stops. A person approves, edits, or bins it, and nothing reaches a customer without that step. That pause is deliberate. An AI queue that sends on its own fails far more expensively than it saves, and one bad automated reply costs more trust than a week of saved time is worth.
React and Node on the front, Python and FastAPI behind, with the model calls kept behind their own boundary so a provider can be swapped without unpicking the workflow. This one is an in-house build, not a client system.
This is a concept project built in-house, so there are no client results to report — and we are not going to invent any. It is here to show how we approach product thinking, structure, and craft. Real engagement outcomes will be published only once a client agrees to share them.
