What does ParallelMinds actually do?
We are a digital product agency. We design and build websites, web and mobile applications, and SaaS products, and we automate the manual work around them using AI and system integrations. Strategy, design, and engineering sit in one team, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
You are a new agency — why should we trust you with this?
Because we tell you the truth up front. We do not invent client logos or results — every item in our Work section is labelled for what it is, either delivered client work or an in-house concept project. Alongside that you get a written plan before you commit, full ownership of everything we produce, and direct access to the partners doing the work. Judge us on the plan we send you.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. After a short conversation we send a written proposal with a fixed scope and a clear price, so you are never guessing. Smaller marketing websites and larger custom platforms sit at very different points, which is why we quote per engagement rather than publishing a fixed price list.
How long does a project take?
A focused marketing website is usually measured in weeks; a custom application or SaaS platform in months. We give you a stage-by-stage timeline in the proposal, and you see working progress throughout rather than waiting for one big reveal at the end.
Who owns the code and the designs?
You do. Repositories, design files, domains, and cloud accounts are handed over in your name, with documentation. If you ever want to move to another team, nothing about our setup stops you.
What happens after launch?
We stay available. Every project ends with a support window, and most clients continue on a monthly retainer for maintenance, monitoring, and ongoing improvements. Launch is the point where the useful data starts arriving, so it is the worst possible moment to disappear.
Can you run our social media as well as build the site?
Yes, and the two work better together. We plan content calendars, design posts and reels, edit video, and publish on a schedule so your channels stay active without someone on your team having to think about it every morning. Because we also build the website, the messaging, visuals, and landing pages stay consistent instead of pulling in different directions.
Do you work with clients outside Kosovo?
Yes. We are based in Ferizaj, Kosovo, and work remotely with clients across the European Union and beyond. Everything runs through shared documents, scheduled calls, and visible progress, so distance is not a factor in how the work gets done.
