Nova Commerce
A storefront where the product page loads before the visitor gives up, and the marketing team can change a campaign without booking developer time.
A lot of storefronts lose the visitor before the product page has finished drawing. Heavy images, a stack of third-party scripts loading ahead of the content, and the person is already gone.
Nova treats speed as a design constraint rather than something measured at the end and apologised for. Product pages are rendered statically, images are sized for the device that asked for them, and analytics loads only once the page is usable. The other half of it is the content side. Campaigns, copy, and landing pages belong to the marketing team, because a storefront that needs a developer to change a price is a storefront that quietly stops getting updated.
Next.js on Vercel, Stripe for checkout, and a CMS layer over anything that changes more than once a quarter. Built in-house as a concept, so no real orders ever went through it.
This is a concept project built in-house, so there are no client results to report — and we are not going to invent any. It is here to show how we approach product thinking, structure, and craft. Real engagement outcomes will be published only once a client agrees to share them.
