A dispatch team starts the morning in half a dozen tabs. The tracking tool, the order system, a shared sheet somebody maintains by hand, email, and one or two more depending on the client.
Kinetica pulls them onto one screen. Not by replacing any of them, which never works and always gets proposed, but by reading from each and assembling the combined view. The integrations are not the hard part. The hard part is what to show when two systems disagree about the same shipment, and we chose to surface the conflict rather than silently pick a winner. An operator who knows the data is contradicting itself can act on that. One who is shown a confident wrong number cannot.
NestJS handles the connectors, Postgres holds the reconciled view, and it runs in Docker on Azure. Concept work, so the connectors read sample data rather than a real fleet.
This is a concept project built in-house, so there are no client results to report — and we are not going to invent any. It is here to show how we approach product thinking, structure, and craft. Real engagement outcomes will be published only once a client agrees to share them.
